Your part. Please give accurate details when you send a request, and only send a request for a property you own or have the right to arrange work on. Don't use the site to send false requests, harmful code or anything unlawful.

No guarantee. We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we provide it "as is," without promises that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. We don't guarantee any roofer's work, prices, timing, conduct or warranties.
