How Our Roof Referral Service Works in Conway, AR
Roof Replacement Conway AR is a free referral service for homeowners in Conway, Arkansas and nearby Faulkner County towns. You describe your roof, and we pass that request to one independent local roofer. We never climb a ladder, put a price on a job or sign a contract ourselves.
Prefer to talk? Call now(501) 555-0196Plain Facts About This Service
This site is a go-between, not a contractor. We don't do roofing work or write bids. A single independent roofer who works your area receives your request and reaches out. That roofer may pay us a fee for the introduction; you owe us nothing, and nobody hands you a reward for asking.
The Census counted 64,134 Conway residents in 2020 and estimates 72,328 for 2025. Many homes from the 2000s subdivision boom are now due for their first new roof.

From Form to Front Door
- Tell us about the roof. Use the form or call (501) 555-0196 with your address and what you've noticed.
- We pass it along. One independent roofer who serves your part of Central Arkansas gets it. It isn't sold to a list.
- The roofer contacts you. They set a time to look at the roof; any inspection is theirs, not ours.
- You decide. Ask for the estimate in writing, line by line, and take whatever time you need.
What to Ask the Roofer
Since July 1, 2021, Arkansas has required roofers to hold a state roofing contractor registration. It takes a $15,000 bond and proof of workers' comp, and home-improvement jobs over $2,000 also call for a state license. We check none of this, so use the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board's "Find a Licensed Contractor" page or call the Board at 501-372-4661.
- Coverage you can see. Ask for current certificates for general liability insurance and workers' comp before anyone climbs onto the roof.
- A contract with line items. Tear-off, materials, decking work and cleanup each belong on paper.
- Warranties in writing. Get manufacturer and labor warranties on paper, and have the manufacturer's one registered.
- The permit question. Ask your roofer if the job calls for a City of Conway permit and who will pull it. The permit office at (501) 450-6107 can also tell you.
- HOA sign-off. Where an active HOA governs your street, clear the color and material with it first.
- Decking photos. Once the old roof is off, ask for pictures of the wood underneath before new layers go down.

What This Service Does and Doesn't Do
Our part ends once your request reaches a roofer. We don't inspect roofs or stand behind anyone's work, and we stay out of insurance entirely. After a storm, a roofer may document the damage and write up an estimate, but the claim itself stays between you and your insurance company.
- Deductible deals. Be cautious if anyone offers to cover or waive your deductible. That amount is yours to pay, and your insurer can explain how it works.
- Cash-only or full payment up front. A roofer who wants all the money before work begins, or cash only, deserves a second look.
On an insurance-paid job, Arkansas gives you three business days to back out once your insurer denies any part of the claim in writing, and the roofer must wait until that window closes. More on this is on the Arkansas roofing rules page.
Send Your Request
