What we aim for. Pages are built with clear headings, readable text, alt text on images, form fields with labels, and colors chosen for contrast. The site should work with a keyboard and with common screen readers, and its layout adjusts to phone, tablet and desktop screens. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as our general guide.

Where we may fall short. Some parts, such as the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz, are interactive, and a few pages link to outside sites that we don't control. If anything is hard to use, you don't have to work around it.

Another way to reach us. Every part of the site can be replaced by a phone call. Call (501) 555-0196 to send a request by voice.

Tell us about a problem. If a page, form or tool doesn't work for you, call us or use the contact page, and mention the page and what went wrong. We'll use your feedback to improve the site.
