What we collect. When you fill in a form, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address, street address, town and a few notes about your roof. If you call, the call may be forwarded to a roofer, and basic details such as the time of the call and the number it came from may be logged. Like most websites, ours may also record general visit data, such as pages viewed, browser type and the site that sent you, to help us understand how the pages are used.

How we use it. We share your request with one independent local roofer so that roofer can contact you about an inspection and an estimate. We may also use your details to confirm the request reached the roofer or to answer a question you sent us. We don't sell your details to data brokers, and we don't pass one request around to a list of roofers.

What the roofer does with it. Once a roofer has your details, that business handles them under its own practices. Ask the roofer directly if you want to know how it stores or uses your information.

Keeping and removing data. We keep request records only as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes above, and for any records the law requires. You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by calling (501) 555-0196 or using the contact page.

Children. This site is meant for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
